Is there a webcam that has a program that comes with it that is like Photobooth on Mac computers? I have a Dell and I really love the webcams on Mac computers because they are high quality and I love the Photobooth with so many different effects. thank you!

I mean, Mac has so many things that are great for families sharing a computer and are great for little devices like Cell Phones and MP3s (even if they are not iPods) and are even starting to make documents and powerpoints even better too!
