Canon PowerShot SD780 IS 12.1-Megapixel Digital ELPH Digital Camera

Posted on 28 July 2010

www.jr.com It may be the slimmest Digital ELPH Canon has ever created, but the impact couldn’t be bigger. The PowerShot SD780 IS Digital ELPH captivates the senses with bold saturated colors and a daringly original design that matches the intensity of Canon’s most innovative camera technology.

Just purchased one a couple of weeks ago and love it for it’s size and convenience. It takes awesome photos for its intended use. However, the video review is incorrect that it’s great for sporting events…the zoom is way to short and shutter lag too long for even kids sports. I’ll stick with my slr for things of that nature.

picture quality is great but the video is not good at all.

Im thinking about getting this camera, is it worth the money? To me it seems, but I really dont know anything about cameras :P

  • SammyJr3 says:

No. You take the batttery out of the camera and put in the little charger. The charger goes in an outlet.

Do you have to charge it through the computer?
