Hi I have a Kyocera mita FS-3800 computer printer.
After replacing the printer cartridge and doing some general cleaning it resulted in giving me the massage Paper jam.
However, there is no pager jam.
Is there a way to tell the printer there is no jam?
Any suggestions would be appriciated.

The primary possibility of this kind of error is that one of the actuator arms for the jam sensors has gotten out of its position, check each for the free movement. Also you may have a sensor gone bad, the registration sensor or exit sensor.
Try opening the top cover, closing, removing the print cartridge and reinsert, turn the printer off, and unplug it, let it sit for 5 minutes. If those don’t help try refering to the service manual link i’ve included and it may help further diagnose your problem.
